酒店的空調很差，不給前台打電話空調就不製冷，維持一個温度，我們躺床上都能被熱死。打完電話前台説師傅去修。我們出去一趟回去空調又壞了，回來打前台説送個電風扇？？excuse me？？？説讓師傅去看。最後師傅説空調主機都沒開，説別人都不嫌熱就我們嫌？？ 第二天沒到退房的點就打電話來催。真的體驗感太差了。新酒店沒有一個系統嗎？？在門口坐車，別人吃完飯就硬把車停門口，別人都走不了，保安都不作為。。太失望了。
