un super accueil, une réceptionniste très aimable et à l 'écoute un parking pratique bon petit déjeuner un hôtel bien conçu mais un lit à changer car un bruit d'enfer en changeant de position ! Nous y retournerons très prochainement car bonne expérience.

Lamentable. Et mépris du client. Une literie c'est un sommier et un matelas. Pas une planche et un matelas. Plus jamais de notre vie dans cette chaîne d'hôtel qui ne respecte même pas le minimum de son métier : connaître la définition d'une literie.

Évitez la chambre 8 qui sent le tabac froid avec une odeur supplémentaire de parfum en faisant un mélange fort désagréable. La dame de l’accueil avait peut être passé une très mauvaise semaine….. l’accueil n’est pas digne d’un accueil commercial. Très mauvais premier contact. Puis s’est mise en furie car nous avons demandé de changer de chambre. Au final avons passé une très bonne nuit dans une chambre propre. Ayant étés reçus comme dans un jeu de quilles, notre expérience reste désagréable. Dommage …
