Check-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01.
