I came to Changde on a business trip and stayed in this hotel. The experience was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The kids at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Seeing that I had a cold, they not only prepared a mask, but also gave me freshly brewed brown sugar ginger tea. The breakfast was rich, with many varieties and good taste. I sincerely recommend it and will come again next time!

I deliberately chose the Huandao Hotel to get up early in the morning. The children were going to ride bicycles around the lake. The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak. Another note: The indoor swimming pool is not free for hotel guests. Other nearby hotels are free. Many customers have expressed their opinions, but I don’t know what the hotel leadership believes in charging a fee.
