一到現場，房東就在遊說加價升級房，本來跟房東說沒關係不用了，但房東還在說。因為當下太累了，沒力氣在跟房東討家還價就花錢了事。不過隔音太差了，只好看電視打發時間。一早，又有大概六點多，又被外頭吵醒了，不是淺眠的人也睡不好。備品也有洞，幸好有帶一次性的備品，洗手檯也事裂的。不過，女房東態度挺好的，所以服務給滿分。

這個酒店就在常德火車站對面的寫字樓裏面，這棟樓基本都是酒店，這家店房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，性價比挺高的😄樓下附近就是一個大型商場，吃東西和逛街的很方便，也有一條夜市街，挺方便的

기차역에서 가까워 접근성이 좋고 멀지 않은 곳에 큰 마트가 있어 편리해요.
주인은 말이 별로 없고 친절하지 않았어요.
창더에는 여행객이 많이 오지는 안는것 같아요.
