大堂不開大燈，烏漆麻黑的，也沒有開空調或者任何制暖設備，凍的跟冰窖一樣。前台愛搭不理的，一羣閑散人員。進大廳時甚至懷疑是不是走錯地方了。
房間裏茶水桌的桌角是破損的，房間里居然沒有一次性拖鞋，打電話要求了才送一雙。洗澡排水是堵的，下水極慢。
早餐品類極少，包子饅頭蒸籠麪點半個小時就沒了也不補，就三個熱菜，其中唯一的肉菜是個火腿腸炒黃瓜。放了一個烤麪包機，從來沒見到麪包。水果也很少，基本上秒光。煮麪的分量也極少，就一口基本就沒了。餐巾紙放在門口前台，生怕顧客用一樣，摳摳索索的，和大堂一樣，早餐廳不開空調或者任何制暖設備。户外4攝氏度左右，户內也差不多4攝氏度，吃個早飯端出來到桌子上基本都變涼了。流着鼻涕吃完早餐。第二天早餐券不自己找前台要，就不主動給。
電梯裏面一直有人抽煙，電梯裏煙味不散。
全國各地去過不少維也納酒店，從沒見過哪家維也納是這樣子。真的是讓人極度無語。

酒店新裝修的，性價比特別高，設施很智能，房間裝飾風格特別好，整個壞境比較好，房間空氣特別清新，不知道用的什麼香水，服務態度特別好，辦理入住有免費小零食吃，房間衞生也特別乾淨，出行也特別方便
