前台設計的非常大氣 辦理入住很快 前台小姐姐説話是真温柔 體驗很好 房間簡單舒服 風景很好 點了外賣是機器人送上來的 外人不能進去 私隱性安全性都很好 大家可以放心入住

一進入大堂就有股撲鼻而來的香味，很好聞，到前台辦理入住小姐姐很暖心的端來了一杯茶，正好口渴了，這服務也太周到了。進入房間小愛同學就幫我打開了窗簾，房間乾淨整潔看着非常舒服，全是智能化，到了晚上機器人還送來了水果，真的很有心，後來不小心吃外賣把衣服弄臟了，服務員過來把衣服給拿到洗衣房去洗了，還給烘乾了，服務人員非常的熱情，全季～值得信賴

床很舒服 床品也不錯 特別是窗外的風景 看着讓人心情舒暢 大廳裏的香氛很特別 前台小姐姐的服務很貼心 主要是離文理學院很近 特別方便 所以訂了全季 房型設施都還挺不錯的 21樓洗衣房很方便 以後還是會訂定這家店的

晚上路過常德，下高速大概20分鐘到，地上停車位一般都會滿，建議大家可以直接停到他們酒店的地下停車場，車位充足，免費停車，退房的時候記得在前台掃停車碼就行，前台小姐姐很友好，對房間有什麼要求都會盡量滿足，這次住的景觀房，很大，房間有中央空調，恆温馬桶，有需要的可以找前台要一次性馬桶墊，床頭有智能小愛控制全屋的設施燈光，小沙發，小冰箱，真的就像在家裡一樣。早餐在21樓，視野開闊，遠眺沅江美景，配上一碗正宗美味的常德米粉，心情棒極了，退房時前台準備了礦泉水，很親切的道別，這家全季真的不錯！送上五星好評！

這是我第一次住全季酒店，以前小看了。這家酒店非常棒，房間用品不輸五星級，清潔非常到位，前台服務員非常敬業。而且寵物友好，前台服務員本人很喜歡我家小狗。如果所有地方全季酒店都寵物友好該多好啊！

酒店的服務態度非常好，工作專業，辦理速度快，同時在辦理入住的時候還給我介紹到周邊的佈局和周邊可以吃喝玩樂的地方，也贈送了水果，前台小姐姐的服務相當的好。我和朋友是開車過來的，酒店的停車場有地上和地下都很好找停車位很多，在前台錄車牌後就可以了，很方便。房間的衞生乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，洗手枱還有一個超愛的化粧鏡，對於愛化粧的我簡直驚喜，很喜歡酒店的自助早餐。強烈推薦他家牛肉粉，早晨睡到9點上去，品種還蠻齊全的，然後沒想到的是還有衣物送洗服務。還可以烘乾送房間，真的很貼心了，入住很滿意，值得推薦，下次還來。
