Great place to stay next to walking street with lot of delicious food and shopping options, my son especially like the shaodo shaodo AI can voice command, friendly front desk , free breakfast , see you guys next time . thanks keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍

攜程的免費升級，提前入住4小時都已經確認了，到店時告知僅有優享一間，我説我有免費升級政策呀，也有提前入住政策，也確認了的，然後又被告知你定的是輕享，衹能升級到樂享，優享衹能自己付差價，那我想問是不是應該衹用付樂享到優享的差價呢？也罷，我確實也到得早，那就補差價61吧。到了房間（2021年開業時入住過就是輕享，房間又大又安靜還是正規的房間），這間房就是個畸形房，房間衞生間都小，衹是多了一張沙發，正對着步行街轉盤，噪音也大，不過景色不錯。好吧，也就這樣了。躺床上看電視，遙控器的手要升到天上才能對準機頂盒調台，然後就是衞生，閲讀燈上的灰塵能寫字✍️。這也算了，接着就是凌晨3點19被吵醒（那聲音簡直可以開派對），不過打了酒店前台電話，保安倒是很迅速就來了，跟那羣沒素質的人交涉半天，答應得好好的，保安走了繼續吵，持續到凌晨4點沒有一點停歇的意思，又再次撥通前台電話，然後又是保安來交涉，又是答應得好，繼續接着吵。做為前台員工我能理解她沒有其他應變能力，但是連續幾次都未解決客人問題，是否應該上報領導來處理解決，還是酒店領導不作為？然後讓我們消費者整晚被噪音騷擾，最後就是到天亮都沒有睡着。酒店最基
礎的門縫的隔音條都不用裝的嗎？節省成本到這種程度了？房間與房間的牆怕不是用的木條吧，旁邊燒水，沖廁所的聲音都聽得一清二楚。還有房間的無線，入住期間除了剛開始1個多小時，基本是連不上的，連搜尋房間的無線都搜尋不到，不是因為酒店收了我差價的事，我在惡意差評，衹是實事求是的給大家寫避雷貼。酒店也請不要聯繫我，差評我不會刪除，此文均是事實，並於任何誇大虛假成分。

房間的智能語音打不開窗簾也關不了電視
樓道里的味道不好，房間裏有潮臭味，房間衞生就更不要説了，不知道多會的哪個單眼美女的雙眼皮貼，在衞生間牆上扒着3條，三百多一間的房間我覺着不值，本來是路過常德休息一晚半夜下高速累了實在是不想換酒店將就一晚！

環境：周邊熱鬧，但環境比較嘈雜。
停車位很少，很擁擠。
服務：前台服務熱情有禮。但保安比較差，我們到達時冷風冷雨，保安揣手看着我們拖着沉重的行李，不像其他酒店保安那樣搭把手。
早餐品種少，牛奶淡的像水一樣，而且還有一股香精味兒。餐廳堆放雜亂，直接拉低了酒店的檔次。
前台熱情推薦的飯店還不錯。
我在國內外住過很多酒店，這家凱里亞德酒店的餐廳和保安是比較差的。如果有其它選擇，我是不會再選凱里亞德酒店了。

房間不錯！價廉物美，酒店環境衞生好，一去了前台，工作人員也升級了樓層，可以看到沅江江景，隔音效果好，酒店位置非常好，正步行街口，逛街方便！

今天在這家餐廳吃飯，簡直太棒了！從進門的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的誠意。環境優雅，佈置得很有格調，讓人感覺很舒適。服務員態度超級好，熱情又周到，點菜時還耐心地推薦特色菜品。
菜品更是驚艷，每一道都色香味俱全。招牌菜的味道濃郁，食材新鮮，火候掌握得恰到好處，每一口都是享受。分量也很足，性價比超高。飯後還貼心地送上小點心，讓人感覺很貼心。總之，這次用餐體驗非常完美，下次還會再來，強烈推薦給大家！
