很滿意的入住體驗，首先酒店的地理位置非常好，在市中心去哪都方便。酒店環境舒適，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住快，還幫免費延遲退房了，很不錯。酒店早餐很好吃，特別是常德特色牛肉米粉，鮮香濃郁！超級推薦！比我在其他酒店吃過的都好吃，有機會還會再來～

餐廳很差，廚師更差勁！春節來玩專門找一個帶早餐，結果只有米粉，最可氣的是來餐廳沒人管，自己進入廚房只有一個廚師，感覺廚師吃了槍葯，跟每一個住客都是吼着回答，感覺都欠他錢多少年似的，唉，這個酒店再也不來了！第一次遇到這麼差的
