前台小姐姐很耐心，全程微笑服務，酒店房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，光線特別好，可以看到對面的公園夜景和文理學院全貌，下次入住還會選擇這裏

地理位置很方便，也很好停車。湖南文理學院就在對面，很是方便。周邊吃的也很多，比較熱鬧。酒店服務還可以，也比較乾淨。就是我的房間挨着馬路邊，晚上有點車聲，有點吵。

房間乾淨衞生整潔，訂了4天每天都有工作人員打掃衞生。前台服務態度非常一般，當天是晚上11點左右入住的，入住的時候以為是太晚了，前台太累所以沒有任何笑容、歡迎入住這些問候都覺得正常，我説我生病幫我安排無煙房，她也沒有迴應我的話語（就是直接是無視我這句話的），後來發現可能房間是禁煙的，但覺得前台無視客人的詢問非常沒有禮貌。因為訂了雙人房，想要2張房卡，説多一張房卡要交50按金，給了。然後退房的時候，我就問按金怎麼退，她一臉不耐煩説原路返回（開始她還以為我説的是房間按金，説我哪有交按金）後來就説原路退回。希望加強下前台的培訓吧，不需要你多熱情服務態度多好，起碼的尊重客人要做到。

酒店前台小姐姐非常熱心，整個酒店環境很滿意，性價比超級高，衞生環境真的沒的説，自認為對酒店環境要求很高的人，但是祥瑞真的沒的説，至少我沒覺得什麼不好的地方，對面就是文理學院，交通各方面都很便利，整個酒店也很安靜，下次來常德還會選擇祥瑞，真的不錯，良心推薦！
