Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is great and very convenient opposite the train station with many shops, cafes, restaurants!
The room did not look like the room advertised, the window did not have a "city view" as stated and looked into a sheltered closed courtyard so there was no light coming in. The facilities were old and the shower was broken with water spraying everywhere. There was a black hair on the bed (I am blonde), and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
I am a foreigner and don't speak chinese so I did not complain, but the staff were very kind so I'm sure they would have helped me if I was able to communicate the issues.
