酒店地段很好，人大常委會機關邊上，共一個停車場，金融一條街。交通便利，停車場大，周邊有各類餐飲，生活方便。設施較新，服務尚好，早餐不錯。不足之處是衞生間稍小，電梯是與二樓廚房向一樓大廳送菜共用，味道較大。價格不貴，性價比高，所以給滿分。

酒店位置方便，離友阿國際很靜，星巴克、茶顏悦色等都有，吃的選擇也很多，房間大，衞生也很到位，掛牌的三星級酒店，靠路邊的稍微有點吵，睡眠不好建議選靠另一邊的房間，早餐也不錯，味道可以。

環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，附近有大型超市，距離汽車站，火車站都很近，車程約15分鐘。房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富。設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好，窗外風景好，房間窗户裝有隔音玻璃，床上用品也很舒適，對於我這樣睡眠淺的是一種非常完美的體驗，[憨笑][憨笑]房間小擺件的設計也很有特色。餐廳新推出的套餐味道也是槓槓滴！吃貨寶寶有福囉！

德華酒店佔據優勢地理位置，一直以來憑藉優質服務和優惠價格贏得我們家人的喜愛。因為口罩原因有段時間沒來了，前兩天入住時發現客房作了局部裝修，房間更整潔舒適，也沒有了擾人的煙味。建議今後能對部分客房作為無煙房管理。

個人感受不人性化，
我住的房間，我不知道不配備免費飲用瓶裝礦泉水，房間是配送一個果盤，我本人血糖高不能吃水果，我想那果盤換一瓶礦泉水，酒店人員不給換，我感覺不太人性化，我本人經常出差住酒店都配有兩瓶免費礦泉水，遇到這樣的酒店我也是無語了。
