衞生乾淨，房間寬敞，交通便利周邊有很多飯店，早餐樣式比較多，還不錯。如果多加的礦泉水可以免費就更好了。

入住過無數次了，酒店的小姐姐們熱情，連保潔阿姨都態度很好，每次入住都體驗不錯，周邊吃得多，出門方便的很。早餐自助選擇多樣化且口感不錯，周邊吃的也多，地理位置好，出行方便得很，有免費停車場，房間設施齊全，居住舒適。

阿姨保潔很認真，態度很好。
可能因為國慶期間房源較緊張，一開始安排了一間濕氣很重的房間，提出換房要求後態度較配合，讓稍等一會兒等保潔做完之後就換好了

第一次去常德，去梵凈山路過休息住了一宿，走南闖北，確實驚訝到我了，超大的房間，乾淨舒適，房間設計時尚感很強，超大落地觀景窗户，電動窗簾，衞生間洗浴，幹温分離。每一個細節彰顯酒店的品味。早餐也非常豐富。地上地下免費停車場非常方便，電梯直達。非常適合自駕遊的朋友。要是時間充足，一定會多住幾天。以後我一定會再來。遺憾的是忘記拍照片了。
