衞生乾淨，房間寬敞，交通便利周邊有很多飯店，早餐樣式比較多，還不錯。如果多加的礦泉水可以免費就更好了。

房間很大，但前台服務員態度很冷漠，大過年的不知道為什麼，離店後申請的發票等了十二天都沒有收到，後來聯繫攜程客服才解決的

房間還可以 但是隔音不太好 不知道是聊天的還是幹嘛的 12點多還在大聲聊天 早餐牛肉很好吃 總體滿意 裝修風格很好

阿姨保潔很認真，態度很好。
可能因為國慶期間房源較緊張，一開始安排了一間濕氣很重的房間，提出換房要求後態度較配合，讓稍等一會兒等保潔做完之後就換好了

第一次去常德，去梵凈山路過休息住了一宿，走南闖北，確實驚訝到我了，超大的房間，乾淨舒適，房間設計時尚感很強，超大落地觀景窗户，電動窗簾，衞生間洗浴，幹温分離。每一個細節彰顯酒店的品味。早餐也非常豐富。地上地下免費停車場非常方便，電梯直達。非常適合自駕遊的朋友。要是時間充足，一定會多住幾天。以後我一定會再來。遺憾的是忘記拍照片了。

前台服務很熱情細緻，房間乾淨無異味，設施也很全面。在附近打車去吃去玩也就七八塊錢，這個價位的服務吧，也算性價比高了
