Every single point is too high!!! I've accumulated it all! During my long drive back home for Spring Festival, I stopped on the highway to rest. Seeing the recommended ratings were okay, I booked this place. We arrived around 2 AM. The front desk staff who checked us in were quite nice. The service was excellent in every way, leaving us with a fantastic impression! Well, that short, 10-hour stay was completely unforgettable! First, upon entering the room, there was a small card on the floor. The overall layout and amenities were fine. There was a video of the bedside table, covered in cigarette ash and dust. Considering it was just a short break, I was fine with that. Then there were long hairs on the sink and cigarette butts in the shower. But considering it was the middle of the night, the front desk was quite friendly. They even provided two bottles of mineral water when they ran out, so I just let it go. Then came the turning point. We were exhausted from driving, so we both fell asleep quickly and slept quite comfortably. When we woke up, it was already past eight in the morning. The front desk had told us breakfast was from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, so we skipped showering and went straight to the restaurant for breakfast. Arriving at nine, it wasn't too late. The staff asked for my breakfast voucher, but since they hadn't given it to me when I checked in, they just registered my room number. What a joke! I looked around and found nothing. And they're still charging 30 yuan per person for this! I didn't eat, so I went to the front desk to complain. It was only nine o'clock, and the restaurant was already out of food! This was terrible. The two front desk staff members' first reaction was, "Breakfast ends at 9:30!" (One was a uniformed woman, probably an ordinary employee, and the other was a man, probably a manager.) They both told me in unison. I told them I was told breakfast ends at 10:00. "Okay, you can stay until 9:30—that's fine!" There's nothing to eat at 9:00, so why stay until 9:30? Wouldn't it be better to just stay until 9:00? I've already complained, and their first reaction was to make excuses. Is this how the service industry works? It didn't end there. I checked in at midnight and checked out the same day, deliberately delaying it to 2:00. A little after 1:00, the front desk called my room and told me in a stern tone, "You must check out by 1:30!!!" I was furious! Why? I delayed my checkout until 2:00! "You're leaving at 2:00, but you have to check out by 1:30!" After a few words of argument, they said, "Then you can check out at 2:00!" PS: I paid a 200 deposit upon check-in. Even if I was overdue, you can just deduct the money! Every penny is too much!!! I recommend everyone avoid this!

酒店開了幾年了，每次出差都住這邊，房間乾淨整潔，床品睡的也很舒服。前台小姐姐服務熱情，位置也方便，如果有洗衣房就更好了
