房間一般般，門對着床，隔音效果不好，早上很早就被門外小孩吵鬧聲吵醒。地理位置不好，如果想在離市中心近一點的不要訂。向店家諮詢時態度不好，先掛客人的電話，沒有服務意識。

房間乾淨整潔，老闆熱情，有停車場，國慶節還有免費的早餐吃，米粉的味道不錯，周邊非常熱鬧，幾家水果店和和幾家零食店，旁邊還有公園可以散步，強烈推薦

房間乾淨整潔，位置是繁華位置，有專門的停車場，老闆問要吃早餐嗎？免費的，因為時間太早了，我們起不來，所以沒有吃，老闆還幫忙洗衣服，下次來常德一定還來。

總體上是可以的 去常德同德學校考試 騎小電車七八分鐘能到 這個特價單人間靠着走廊 上樓梯的時候會有點吵 然後可能不止這個賓館 其他的賓館也會聽到汽車的轟鳴聲 開空調之後就聽不見了 老闆的服務都很好 入住第一天燈壞了 老闆第二天就修好了 出差旅行考試 都可以試一試
