Starry hotel design was very artsy and unique. The rooms were well equipped and functional. We had the first good coffee in ages at the breakfast. There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest.

No overall rating, but would give 2/5. Front desk was decent and some nice perks (pool table, laundry, etc), but soundproofing is really poor. Got woken up at 2 am by drunk guests knocking on our door and could hear them moving around/laughing for another hour even though we called front desk to try to deal with them. Asked desk for camera footage morning after and they only showed part, definitely hid some of what happened. Also, cleaning smell slightly aggravating when we arrived. For the price, there are definitely a lot better options.

It's quite clean. Every corner of the bathroom is clean. The design is very special, with black and orange colors, and the mineral water is customized. I gave the little yellow duck slippers to the children and the child was very happy. I left something at the hotel. I contacted the front desk but was told I had to wait for a reply. Then I contacted the person in charge and they found it very quickly. It was sent by express the next day. This was on the sixth day of the Chinese New Year.
A suggestion is to make a night light. When you turn off the central air conditioner in the dark at night, you walk to the coffee table and get tripped by a chair, which pushes it over. Your leg gets a little scratched on the leg of the chair. It's not a big deal, but it is definitely something that can be improved.

The sanitation is OK. The hotel is relatively new. Before I came, I saw the earliest review for the end of November, and when I arrived, there was indeed some decoration smell. Open the windows for ventilation when you go out so that you can sleep better when you come back at night. The room is big enough, the basic facilities are sufficient, and the price-performance ratio is very high during the Chinese New Year. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The soundproofing on this side of the door still doesn't work well for closing doors and talking in the corridor. But it doesn't have much impact on sleeping at night, as long as there are no uncivilized guests.
It takes less than 20 minutes to drive to the indoor attractions. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
