受朋友邀請，決定五一出行常德，經過千挑萬選提前半月選擇了這家酒店。半夜11點多到達，前台熱情接待，還為我們推薦了常德值得遊玩的景點。房間大且乾淨，床品整潔舒適，洗漱間乾濕分離，讓我入住的兩天非常舒心。唯一的缺點可能是酒店離市區有20分鐘路程，但是我覺得真的很安靜啊，對於自駕的人來説沒有任何困擾。最讓我感動的是這幾個細節：
1、五一前家人去世回了老家，和老公商量着五一就留在老家不外出了。本來預訂酒店時就寫明不允許退房，最後和酒店説明情況也毫不猶豫給退了。所以五一當天臨時和家人商量，還是決定帶孩子出門散散心。義無返顧繼續選擇這家酒店，價格貴了也心甘情願。
2、可能天氣太熱，或者東西沒吃好，晚上孩子吐在了酒店地毯上，雖然我自行清理了，但是本着對下一位客人負責，也對酒店良好印象的反饋，退房時我主動和前台説明瞭情況，也商議好如果需要負清理費，電話或者微信聯繫我。最後酒店也沒找我要清潔費用😅
3、退房後半小時接到酒店電話，還以為是需要我付清潔費，結果是孩子的玩具掉在房間裏。拾到客人留下的不起眼的東西也能及時主動告知，真的很暖心！
4、入住的所有酒店都會主動要求我給好評，但是這家酒店是我遇到唯一一家沒有提要求的。
不喜歡評論的我，手動碼了這麼多字，都是對希爾頓歡朋的熱情且真誠服務的肯定！忘了拍房間裏照片，湊合看吧。如果下次去還會選擇這裏！

真的超級贊！我們訂的房間有個梳化床，拖開後絲毫不影響房間大小，小朋友誰在上面非常安全！房間有空氣凈化器，還有即熱水壺，都非常非常方便！早上的早餐真的很贊，有我喜歡的現磨咖啡，有好吃的常德牛肉米粉～小朋友非常喜歡這個酒店，説下次還要來住！
