Changchun Hotels with Swimming Pools

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. The room is spacious, well-planned, and has a terrace with a very wide view. The night view is beautiful! Hot spring vacation is also suitable. The hot spring ticket was not wasted. I took the time to enjoy it. No one in the swimming pool was particularly happy. In short, it is a good place to relax. The butler service is considerate and in place. From before arrival to leaving the hotel, he is responsive! The other staff are also very warm and thoughtful! The breakfast room is large, with many Western and Chinese choices, and the food is very good👍

The cervical spine is not very good. I just wanted to call the front desk to see if there was a hard pillow. I found a caring card. I sent a cervical pillow. I knew that it was a parent-child and prepared slippers and toiletries for the children. The service is very intimate. There are also various activities during the eleventh period. I participated in the non-legacy paper cutting activities with children. It is very meaningful. In short, it is worth recommending.

The reason for staying in this hotel is to go to Jingyuetan Lake conveniently. The hotel has convenient transportation and the subway station is within 100 meters. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the food is very good (including breakfast), the waiters are very polite, especially the warm and thoughtful service of Manager Cheng Cheng, which touched me a lot. The swimming pool was cleaned on the day we came, and she took the initiative to upgrade the suite for us. I like the hotel's service and will come again next time!

Hotel is far from city centre & the closest metro station 汽车公园站 which is the end station of metro line #2, is 5mins by cab. This hotel caters mainly for guests to the auto & technological park as the name of the area suggests. Public bus route #30 stops by the main road next to the hotel, a five mins walk. The bus starts from the depot Changchun West a High Speed Rail or Gao-tie station. It is linked to line metro #2 . Mini-bar is not cold & temp cannot be lowered. The promotional Italian buffet dinner was a bad choice. Beef and prawns are tough. The spaghetti unappetising. Hotel does not provide razor blade though there is tooth brush. Photo: 1. This hotel is very good. A few of our family members booked this hotel on Ctrip, and I feel that the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The hygienic condition of the room is also very good, and the bath water is also very warm and powerful. It is especially suitable for us southerners to come in winter. The breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. When we go out to play, it also helps us store our luggage for free. This five-star hotel is worth it! I will stay in this hotel next time I come.
