It is a great hotel. With super clean 5 star rooms with very comfortable beds. It includes a great hotspring. Not crowded in the hotspring, good to relax after a day in busy Changchun. They have many pools to enjoy together with all family. The hotel staff is very friendly and offers a very good service. I like the lake which belongs to the hotel. It is a quiet nature area, perfect for a walk in the early morning. Breakfast is good and has a good coffee as well. Thank u very much for this stay

The hotel I chose to stay in during this trip was really great! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and the check-in process was quick and efficient. It is also equipped with a personal butler, and also provides small toys and fruits. The room is even more surprising. It's clean and tidy, which is basic. It's also very warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and it's super comfortable to sleep on. It's a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also spacious and bright, the toiletries are of good quality, and the hot water supply is sufficient and stable. When I encounter a problem, the lady solves it promptly and has a great attitude. I will choose here next time.

The room is very warm and cute. The children like it very much. We have prepared a series of small dinosaurs for the children. The tents, pillows, bed quilts, and even the toothbrushes are all small dinosaurs. It is so considerate. It is very suitable for a family to travel and stay. The breakfast is also good. I chose Changchun the night before the National Day trip, and booked Cherry Hotel early in the morning. There are enough rooms and the price-performance ratio is quite high
When we arrived, my father took the children to see the room and decided to stay
Next to the Middle East Market, you can walk there in less than 10 minutes
Breakfast is rich and very enjoyable
It has its own Japanese food restaurant and hot spring restaurant
The road in front (Ziyou Road) is 5.1 kilometers away from Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden, which is quite convenient
There are many people and cars during the National Day, so we took a taxi and the taxi came very quickly
It is also very convenient to go to Jingyuetan

Hotel is big and more or less good. Quality of rooms are good especially bed.
But there are following things I really don’t like.
- personal don’t speak English at all
- I don’t know if there are non smoking rooms but mine was smoking with is totally unacceptable in 21 century
- breakfast like 3 star hotel. Dishes made from plastic. No much choice of food. Coffee is instant!!! Crazy.

The main point I want to talk about is the issue of washing. It feels very inconvenient based on my personal habits.
The shower room is large, maybe too big, and the wash basin is placed outside with a clothes rack next to it, which looks awkward.
The shower room and toilet are separated, but share the same door. This design is really weird. If someone is taking a shower inside, you have to squat down and open it for people to watch.
There are no clothes hooks outside the shower room and there is no place to put clothes. There is a footrest missing in front of the sink, which makes it annoying for water to spill on the floor when washing.
There was also breakfast. The stove in the restaurant was too low. It took more than ten minutes to cook the noodles and they still felt a bit hard. Fortunately, there were not many people eating. If there were too many guests, it would definitely be a problem.
It feels like a new hotel and there are still many areas that need to be improved.

The decoration style of the room tends to be simple and youthful, mainly in light colors, light and bright.

My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.

1. Thank you very much to the manager Xiao Li, the service is warm and patient. When I took the elevator, the Bluetooth headset fell into the gap. Manager Xiao Li saw and contacted the maintenance staff for help. The first time I looked for it, I didn’t find it. I contacted the elevator staff in the afternoon to help find it. Very dedicated and responsible. Although it is very distressing to lose the 1800 headset, Manager Xiao Li, maintenance master and other staff have worked hard to help find it. I am very touched and comforted me, thank them. (I hope the leader can see it, like good people, good employees)
2. The hotel environment is also very good, the stay experience is very good, the room is also equipped with a humidifier very detailed, surprise.

- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets

- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square.
Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

Mmaxsun234We stayed at the century-old Chunyi Hotel, which was built during the Japanese occupation a hundred years ago. It is located directly opposite the Changchun Railway Station. It takes only five minutes to transfer to the subway light rail and take the special bus to the Ice and Snow New World. It makes our trip to Changchun very pleasant.
The room type in the VIP building is very spacious. The bedroom is about 40 square meters, and the bathroom is also very clean. The service option adds small snacks and sufficient drinking water every day so that we can take care of the baby without worry. The heating is very powerful, and the small items that are washed are all dried overnight, and there is no need to change clothes.
The breakfast is complete, nutritious and delicious, and the manager also recommends places for locals to visit. Afternoon tea is particularly comfortable. Enjoy local snacks and tea in the lobby, which is very enjoyable.
We also had dinner at the hotel. The authentic Northeastern cuisine is not expensive and the quality is very good. Every friend we met is enthusiastic and responsible, making our journey full of warmth and satisfaction.
Changchun is a city full of love and history. People here are full of optimism and open-mindedness in life. I hope it will get better and better. I also wish Chunyi Hotel will get better and better, and every colleague good luck and happiness.

BBaolingIt was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
