服務沒的説，前台和大堂經理都是熱情好客，非常專業！
可是，看這是房間的窗户，怎麼像是牢房呢？或者像是地下室，可我房間是9樓呀？
淋浴剛打開水後，有一股怪味，好一陣才散去，集中熱水系統多久沒清洗了？
這是3～400一晚的酒店嗎？

高級大床房？也不知誰給的勇氣定位“高級”。第一房間奇小，連牀頭櫃都衹能放下一個，進門很壓抑。第二設施無比簡陋，兩個小登機箱衹能放地上，且過路也要小心絆倒，因房間太小。衹有一把椅子，另一個人就衹能坐床邊。第三，一次性拖鞋是很次那種無紡布的，根本不想把腳往裡放。第四10多層樓衹有一部電梯，且電梯內沒有換氣扇，更主要是電梯小的最多站4個人，進5個人就會人挨人，但電梯標稱是8人。第五早餐次點也就算了，但兩種粥都是放了鹼熬的，搞不懂小米粥那麼容易熟，為什麼還要放鹼 無法下嚥。總之，經常外出幾乎沒踩過坑的我，這次踩了個大坑，訂了兩晚，住了一晚就果斷退房走人。其實攜程平台也不知怎麼審的，這樣的房居然能定位高級大床房掛出。

真的挺生氣，攜程網訂的266元標準間，結果到店又交了49元，説好給調個豪華大床房，結果除了床大以外房間幾乎都沒站的地方了。太坑人了吧[發怒]

幫朋友訂的酒店，朋友反饋：説實話不滿意，最主要的是洗澡水一打開濃濃的臭味，那種下水道反味兒的味道，要不是看水是清澈的，我都以為廁所漏了從噴頭灑出來的，水壓也不是很穩定，開到最熱也不是很熱，水軟。另外位置離這有山還有1.4公里吧？走過去不近，整個酒店服務人員都沒有温度，不像其他酒店熱情親切。電梯特別小，布草小推車也都走電梯，一上去人都站不下。這電梯沒行李最多站六個人，我在電梯上，服務員拉着小推車中間按電梯，開門跟我第一句就是你下來，然後他進去了，我再進去差點沒擠進去。我走的第二天就通知要停電，幸虧我走了，要不住在10樓，都得自己爬上去，帶着行李就算有人幫忙拿下來，誰也不願意十層自己爬樓梯。另外進門就推銷會員卡。住了兩天趕緊搬走

定房間的時候，明明標的有窗，到店之後告知所謂有窗是那種類似地下室那種特別小的窗子，如果想住正常窗子的房間，需要另外付49元辦理華住會會員才可以。我説窗子的問題也沒有標明啊，工作人員直接懟我説，圖片上有啊，你沒看到嗎？這時候我才定睛一看，好麼，圖片裏確實有，所以怪我嘍，這回可是給我上了一課，下次無論定哪裡的酒店，我除了看文字，還得仔細看圖片。做消費者太不容易了，一眼看不到就踩坑，拖家帶口的還有一堆行李，所以衹能乖乖交了49塊錢。這個事兒咋説呢，吃一塹長一智吧
