The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor.
The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed.
I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard.
Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

The view from floor 22 was stunning. We helped wash the windows. The stairs and the second floor felt sturdy and there are two toilets, one up and one down! The location is a bit rough with construction all around and metro quite a trip. Toilet upstairs shoots water out when flushing and shower upstairs is in a complicated position, so take shower head down to use, or there will be flooding. The pillow cases are very thin and disposable which doesn't protect much from possible pillow smell. But the sheets seemed crisp and washed. There is a deep freezer and a washing machine but no fridge.

The room facilities are actually poor, and they are very different from Ctrip's display pictures. We made a reservation the day before and arrived at around 5:30 pm that day. The boss said that we were late and it was different. We booked two rooms, one of which The layout of the bathroom in the room is indescribable. The air conditioner remote control has no batteries and it seems that no one has used it for a long time. In the end, at our strong request, we only changed to another room and it was okay. In other words, we had a room before and we had to give it a discount. I don’t understand what it means. The family room we booked was much better than hotels in the same price range. Moreover, water and disposable items in the room are charged, which is not a good feeling.

A very pleasant trip. The landlord made very thoughtful arrangements and helped to solve any problems. On the day of check-out, I asked if I could stay a little longer (waiting for a taxi). The landlord immediately agreed and did not charge any extra fees. It was very nice.
Personally, I feel that such a small loft-style apartment is particularly suitable for young people or families traveling together, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient.
