I have chosen Mercure many times and have always liked its style. The room is large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the amenities are complete. The location is very good. The area around the hotel is not noisy at all. I prefer quieter places. It takes only five minutes by car to reach the bustling commercial district. The shopping malls and food streets are not far away. The service attitude of the front desk is very good and enthusiastic. Sometimes they will take the initiative to help upgrade the room if it is not full. I have always been very satisfied with Mercure. I chose a suite this time, thinking I would have the best experience. As a result, there were renovations nearby, and the noise started at around 8 o'clock every day. Then I started to understand why there were earplugs at the bedside. But the waiter didn't mention anything about decoration.
Pictures 1-4 are all found when I returned to the room the next day. The bed was not made in place, the slippers were scattered, the garbage was not swept away, and there was sticky stuff on the remote control.
Picture 5, the cold milk bottomed out like this on the second day, and again on the third day, so I took a photo to record it.
Mercure should be regarded as a better brand in Huazhu, but the result is a bit disappointing.
