The elevator is really hard. The experience is very poor. It takes 20 minutes to go up and down the elevator in a hotel.

The room was extremely hot, the air conditioner was not powerful, and the quilt was heavy and thick. When I checked in at the front desk, I acted like I didn't hear her. Since I was bringing my children out, I asked twice if there was a room in the back, but she didn't say anything! ! Then I put the room card there and said there was no room in the back!

I really don’t want to say too much, but the sheets are still used with holes in them, the bath towels are too old, hard and a bit dark, and the hand sanitizer is the funniest thing, mixed with water.

The service attitude at the front desk was average. My wife fell while taking a shower in the bathroom, so I called the front desk. The front desk said there were no extra anti-slip mats and asked to lay out towels.

The service attitude was very poor. The front desk felt like she owed her money and was very indifferent. The most annoying thing is that I agreed to continue my stay and pay the platform price offline, but then I refused to accept it the next day, which is a lack of integrity.
