Chenyu Hotel claims to be a high-end business chain hotel, but among the hotels of the same class, this is the hotel with the worst sanitary conditions and the worst front desk service attitude I have lived in in recent years! The hotel's facilities and location are OK, and parking and shopping are also more convenient. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, I found a long blood stain from the door (picture 2 and picture 3), which was very disgusting. I wonder how this sanitary condition allows guests to stay. After talking to the front desk, a young, yellow-haired male staff member said that this room type was out of room. There are two ways to deal with it: 1. There are vacancies for more advanced room types, but I need to apply for a refund and place an order again to book the superior room that night. Unacceptable. First of all, the booking price on the same day is already a lot more expensive. Secondly, I stayed more than one day, and there is no guarantee that I will be able to stay continuously. 2. Refund and let me live somewhere else by myself. I asked if someone could clean it on the spot. The front desk said that the cleaning staff left work at 17:30 and no one could clean it. But I obviously saw two cleaning aunts working in the corridor. Then I asked to communicate with the manager. The front desk said that the hotel does not have a manager, nor does he have a superior. His tone was more brutal, and he said that all he could do was refund. This way of handling is really awesome. It is also the first time that I have stayed in such a "high-end business type" hotel chain. (Finally, after staying in this room for one night, another staff member helped to arrange a room change)

The hotel is generally very cost-effective, parking is very convenient, the front desk staff are very friendly, especially the manager of the section is very professional, at first glance, it is from a big hotel, the service is good, great, praise, the room is also very clean, to be honest The price, I did not expect to have such a service, I like it very much, I recommend it!

住過最差的一個酒店 一星都是奢侈 很爛 衞生也很差 地毯很埋汰 牀頭櫃十層灰 這是多久沒擦過呀 這是真的擦過嗎 沒有領班主管經理嗎 都不檢查嗎 環境勉強可以 落地窗挺不錯 服務一言難盡 還沒有人家小飯店四分之一好 樓上根本沒有服務 前台服務態度很爛 來辦理入住的時候前台一男一女 我們進來男的半躺在凳子上就開始打電話 女的就坐呢一動不動 要是沒有客人你坐着能理解 來客人了是不是得站起來 辦理入住頂多兩分鐘 兩分鐘也站不住了嗎 還有問她房間朝哪兒 她斜楞眼説朝小區 呢邊沒有房 後來到晚上給前台打電話一直沒接好不容易接了 問她咱家有沒有飲料 前台就冷冰冰的一句話：沒有！也不知道這酒店招這種員工是咋想的 到第二天十一點多打電話説要退房了 女朋友早上起來有點發燒 就跟他們説的能不能延遲一點 前台説可以延遲到一點退房 後來女朋友實在是太難受就又睡著了 到12點50前台又打電話了接電話第一句：“先生咱不是説好一點退的嗎”what？納尼？怎麼同樣的話從你嘴裏説出來就這麼*#%& 掛了電話我就叫女朋友起來 因為確實難受所以收拾的有點慢 後來樓層姐敲了兩次門説要退房了 還一直站門口説都一點十分了還不退房還放歌 前台還一直打電話 最後我們1點20來分退的房 這一波操作下來真的讓人大跌眼界 上回跟我朋友去國信南山住 因為我朋友晚上要去趕飛機 人家免費給我們延遲到5點！人家也是12點退房 他家温泉票一個人就200來塊 兩個人的早餐和温泉票加起來都快600了都是免費送 房間也才500來塊這麼一算一間房根本不賺錢 人家呢服務也非常好啊 南山有點遠為啥還有呢麼多人願意去 同樣是酒店為啥差距就這麼天差地別呢 你家落地窗挺佔優勢的 還佔地理位置優勢 但是就這服務 再佔啥優勢別人都不來 自己多反省反省 多跟人家學學吧 你是一家酒店吶！酒店！一個酒店能爛成這樣也挺&#*%的！

第二次來這家酒店 第一次是跟閨蜜一起定位定錯陰差陽錯來到這家 當時是夏天 一進門挺驚喜的 非常喜歡他們家的窗户 還能看到夕陽 真的很絕 後來一直想跟男朋友一起來 他嫌遠沒來 這回我硬拉着他來 他説難怪你一直想來 原來景色這麼好看 整體來説還行 退房挺早的 12點就退房 可能是因為房間多 都是做酒店行的 能理解 衞生：檢查的不是很嚴謹 地毯不乾淨 沙發後面還有上一批客人留下的口罩 服務：基本沒有任何服務 前台服務態度也不咋地 設施：前台和樓層竟然沒有浴缸套

房間衞生非常非常非常的差 可以説 沒見過這麼臟的酒店 灰很厚很厚的 而且房間的窗户關不嚴 一晚上噪音非常大 服務算是説得過去吧 也是房價便宜 別挑太多了 哈哈

給親屬訂的帶2分早餐豪華雙床房，前台服務員都不看訂單嗎？早餐卷不要都不主動給，還説訂的房間不含早餐，第二天早上去接親屬，就到了房間，結果給開的是大床房，就想問晨宇酒店服務人員能不能長點心啊，房間老舊臟兮兮的，不值這麼貴的價格，差評。
