It’s too dirty and a lot of stuff is broken. Unfortunately we thought it would be a new hotel but it seems to be very old. Cannot recommend it to stay.

入住之前特意跟前台溝通安排個安靜的，最後給安排個隔壁第二天結婚的，從半夜就鬧騰，早上6-7點開始吵。整個睡不好。房間裏放的兩瓶水，其中還有一瓶是打開的。洗澡間裏還沒有防滑墊，洗澡的時候特別滑。一點都不值，住的最差的一次。

酒店入住感受非常好 前台值班經理娜娜非常貼心 按我的需求幫我選擇了房型 還有趙東 幫我把行李搬到了電梯口 很少遇見這麼貼心的前台服務 非常滿意的入住體驗 辦入住時告訴值班經理娜娜，她知道我頸椎不好房間的枕頭還幫忙做了更換蕎麥枕 ，非常期待下次的入住！

臨時訂的房，前台安排的很好，曉艷和小安熱情專業，還給分的高層樓，升級的豪華房間，一進酒店大堂就很敞亮，房間也是一樣的乾淨舒適，酒店停車很方便，讓禮賓減完車牌號就免費停車，整體入住的非常滿意，性價比高，推薦入住！

酒店入住給我個感覺非常好 雖然不是長春最新的五星級酒店 但是設施設備總體來説非常可以 值得一提的是酒店的服務 真的非常貼心 前台的值班經理娜娜讓我感受到服務非常的熱情 從辦理入住 後續我去機場幫忙聯繫車輛 她總是第一時間回覆我 給她點贊 下次來到長春還會首選這個酒店

酒店裝修很好 大堂香氛味道很好聞 房間住宿體驗很棒 因為我的腰椎不是很好 電話聯繫酒店總枱幫忙翻了床墊 入住個比較舒適 前台Maggie和值班經理Nana非常貼心 幫忙升級了房間 還幫我做了延遲退房到下午兩點 真的很貼心 非常滿意的一次入住體驗
