位置不錯，出門就是公交站台，前台服務熱情周到，非常值得表揚，房間略小，打掃衞生及時，房間有點味道枕頭的味道有點大，洗漱台的龍頭有點歪了，周邊早餐不算太多，離着南湖公園非常近，晚上可以去看看夜景非常好，吃飯的話坐車去紅旗街附近吃的非常多，總體來説還是不錯的

非常👍的酒店，原先定的房間感覺不滿意，酒店幫助聯繫平台，改了滿意的朝南湖的房子，非常感謝，地裏位置好，跨過馬路就是南湖，南湖值得逛，而且喜歡游泳的，尤其是冬泳的，可以啊，那裡有個冬泳俱樂部。樓下有幾家餐廳，火爆，是這邊非常好的，還需要定位呢，去桂林路夜市也不遠，溜達就好，免堵車了。

酒店的位置是真的好，南湖北岸對面，但就是感覺有點點舊，可能是之前別的酒店改的名字吧，浴巾都有毛邊了，就是旅店的基本款。沒試早餐。

位置環境都不錯，服務也一看就是老牌酒店的了，很親切，不過也確實酒店有些老了，有些設施不太行了。

定的家庭房房間有異味很大，第二天換了房間空調又壞了，又換了一個雙床的房間，説是湖景房專門給會員客户準備的。整個過程服務很次，處理事情還不如客房的阿姨有經驗，一分是給阿姨的。
1.前台不知道維護酒店利益直接説可以退房沒有解決經驗，
2.自稱是店長的人説給換房間，號稱湖景房酒店會員專享不在網上銷售，比家庭房還要貴，我信了但是我一查根本不是那麼回事消費者也不傻其實沒必要。

位置好，交通便利，酒店對面就是南湖公園，到商場，小吃街等地距離不遠，附近吃飯方便。廁所乾濕分離，床睡着很舒服，空調涼快，房間採光好。
