酒店沒有機器人服務卻寫着有機器人服務，我們出去後，打擾阿姨把取電拔了拿走了，半夜回來沒有電讓前台給送，前台就説衹有自己值班，推三阻四，最後讓保安上來送的，服務態度一直都不好，房間也不乾淨，連鎖酒店不應該這樣吧

避坑，太差，臟，服務差，床上用品爛的，還有蟲！水龍頭接口處全是青苔銹跡！這個便捷和宜尚酒店是一個，避雷！工作日一晚200多雙床無早不算便宜，看着是在火車站門口但是太丟長春的臉，要服務沒服務，從火車站出來打電話問應該怎麼去，她説讓我自己問，到了前台，沒有任何服務可言，不核對房型，不對話，進了房間掀開被子一床臟東西，還有睡過的痕跡 就不是新鋪的單子的樣子，打電話説讓換一下 結果説阿姨衹有上午有，需要我再下去找她換房間，結果換了房間，床單是換了但是總有黑毛絮，然後床單，被子，全是爛的，然後最後還在地板上爬一個潮蟲，北方這個天氣 竟然出潮蟲可想這個衞生多差。出門玩了這麼多次 住了這麼多酒店，就算是一百多一晚的酒店也比這個好太多！

酒店在長春站旁邊，交通便利，房子乾淨整潔，前台服務人員服務態度特別好，到長春站5分鐘，樓下超市方便，適合家庭出遊商務出差

比較喜歡住城市便捷酒店。長春這一家，就在火車站旁邊，下車走地下通道從太白路出，出口旁邊就是酒店，晚上從窗外可以看到火車站漂亮的夜景。

長春🌧，火車停運，晚上九點多入住城市便捷酒店，前台給升級了房間，特別贊👍。房間大，乾淨整潔，掛衣區足夠，衞生間和洗浴間分開，在洗手枱兩側，帶娃入住，很舒適。
