設施：大堂、餐廳、會議室應有盡有。
衞生：非常乾淨，看到保潔阿姨給房間和衞生間都給消毒啦，很安全，能放心使用。床上用品很潔凈。毛巾、浴巾、紙杯都是用袋子密封了的，這也太貼心啦。
環境：酒店大樓很上檔次，大堂也很大。周邊吃喝玩樂都有。離動物園很近，帶孩子出來玩住這裏也很方便。有地鐵可以直達火車站。
服務：前台小妹妹很熱情，一進屋就給我們倒茶水，還給我們拿行李，按電梯。非常貼心。
很完美的一次旅行。會推薦朋友繼續過來入住。

設施非常齊全。早餐很美味，衞生很乾凈，洗漱用的毛巾、浴巾都有封包，用起來很放心。
環境挺好，周邊吃的很多，還有各類批發市場，應有盡有。旁邊就是小童醫院中醫院、中日聯醫院。我是坐輕軌直接到長春北站，然後去的機場。
東北人服務非常熱情，能感受到很真誠的為我們客人着想。這次入住很愉快，下次還會再來。

床頭燈是壞的，電視櫃下面的燈也是打不開的，電視不好用，服務員去了也弄不了，建議換到其他樓層，我們訂了兩間房一起的，比較麻煩就將就了，電梯也是時好時壞的，基礎設施真的是有些老舊

酒店真是不值得住，一個房間説是二十幾平，看着才十平，酒店洗漱用品也很少，衞生間小的很，毛巾都是破爛不堪入目，連一些連鎖酒店都比不上。
