The worst five-star hotel experience. The hygiene is terrible, the drain is clogged, there is dirt on the bed. After changing rooms, the window leaks and it is not closed tightly, like a whistle, the door lock cannot be locked again, and finally we changed to another room. It took us from 9:30 to 11 to settle in. There was not even a tea bag in the room.
