The lady at the front desk was very nice. She upgraded the room type for free and provided breakfast. The hotel is very close to the Puppet Manchukuo Imperial Palace, just a few minutes' walk away. Great value for money, complete facilities and well maintained. The hotel is very quiet and there are places to eat around it.
