I went to the front desk with bubbles all over my head. The lady at the front desk immediately asked the housekeeping department to check the reason in the room. After learning that there was a problem with the water supply in the whole building, they actively helped to solve the problem of washing my hair. Their attitude was very good. After the water supply system was restored, they came to apologize and gave us a small gift. This stay made me realize the responsibility and enthusiasm of Atour. I will order Atour next time.
