設施：設施齊全，本來遊戲手柄不會弄，前台小姐姐直接給我換了新的，真的無比負責認真
衞生：衞生環境也是很可以的

必須給美凝@lazy輕奢全智能酒店（紅旗街這有山店）一個五星好評！位置真的太絕了，出門就是這有山商圈，逛街吃飯超方便，晚上溜達着就能感受紅旗街的熱鬧氛圍。
房間裏的智能系統完全長在我的需求點上，語音控制燈光、窗簾、空調，躺在床上動動嘴就能搞定一切，懶人福音實錘了！裝修是輕奢風，細節處透着精緻，床品柔軟舒服，睡一晚滿血復活。
前台小姐姐服務超貼心，辦理入住快，還主動介紹周邊玩法，有問必答特別耐心。衞生也沒得挑，角落都乾乾淨淨，住着特別安心。下次來長春還住這兒，強烈推薦給大家！

房間乾乾淨淨，全智能系統，洗漱都是一次性用着放心，店裡無論老闆還是員工服務周到實實在在，剛開始衹訂一宿，後來家裡寶貝喜歡又續住一晚，這個價位真是物有所值，以後有機會會推薦給朋友光顧此店

酒店位置超級好，離地鐵步行不超過五分鐘，去這有山步行七八分鐘，往下直走就到了長影和54路文旅專線。房間和圖片一模一樣，很乾凈，也很寬敞。毛巾都是一次性的。入住辦理時，小姐姐態度很好。兩個建議：1.提前一天聯繫顧客告知入住事項，特別是電梯卡的拿取。完全沒有人告知的情況下，進了電梯走不了，還好別的住户給我們刷了卡，就這還提着行李爬了一層樓，不開心。2.我們房間的小度有點兒問題，任何指令都執行不了，可以檢查一下。

剛住過這家酒店，體驗超讚！房間設計簡約又有格調，配色舒服。智能投影超爽，大屏觀影氛圍感拉滿。浴缸、特色沙發很加分，設施新且全，衞生也做得細緻，住得太舒心啦。服務也貼心，有需求響應快，性價比超高，下次還選這。

訂完房間以後客服給推薦了附近可以逛一逛的地方，服務很熱情，需要的東西很及時的送到房間。辦理入住很便捷，房間環境很好，很乾凈，全屋都是智能語音控制，很方便，躺在床上張張嘴巴就可以關窗簾，控制燈光等，很適合懶懶的我，床也很舒適，逛完以後躺在床上休息的感覺簡直不要太舒服。而且房間都是一次性毛巾和浴巾，質量也都很好，用着也比較放心，不用擔心清洗消毒不到位的問題，對於潔癖星人給予五星好評！！！以後和朋友再來遊玩還會再來噠！

一進房間香薰味道刺鼻，一進洗手間電線過熱的味道大。估計熱水器電源線太熱了，不知道有沒有安全隱患。洗臉枱漏水，洗漱完畢，衣服，鞋子都濕了。看不出來 偷偷漏水 ，發現時候已經濕了。全程看不到工作人員，樓道火警報警器響了一整夜，我喝多了睡著了，我老婆半夜被吵醒不敢休息，一整晚沒睡好。 酒店位置不方便 ，如果有行李不建議入住，要上很大一個步梯。走一段路程才能找到酒店入口。價格便宜，還算可以。

非常好👍很新的酒店，服務熱情周到，去看音樂節離場地非常近，距離地鐵站也不遠，出行方便，酒店外就是寧溪公園，風景不錯！值得推薦！
