The location is very good, surrounded by cafes, food, parks and quiet bars. The staff has first-class service awareness, and the facilities are also good. The laundry room can compete with other five-star hotels, and guests don’t have to choose other business chains. The parent-child rooms all have washbasins that are suitable for children’s height, which is really great. Whether it is the front desk or the concierge, I don’t know the name of the reception, there is nothing to complain about. It’s just that the sanitation of the guest room is not timely as mentioned by others. The child spilled yogurt and dealt with it himself, but the floor was sticky, and I thought it would be mopped, but it didn’t. The next day we went out to play at 11 o’clock in the morning, and came back at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. It was not dealt with yet, and then we simply changed the bath towels because the child was going to sleep. I don’t know if it was due to lack of manpower. Apart from cleaning, there is really nothing else to complain about.

This stay was great. Changbaishan Hotel is at least 1,000 yuan in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. I came here on a business trip this time. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt very luxurious. When I asked, I was told that the hotel was renovated in 24 years, so it was very new and very grand. The housekeeper Wang Yuxiang was enthusiastic and professional. He helped with the luggage and checked in quickly. All problems during the stay were solved very quickly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was amazing! The location is excellent, and it is super convenient to eat and shop around. I will stay here again next time!
