Homm Changchun Beihu

This trip to Changchun, staying at Beihu Hongju Hotel, was a perfect accommodation experience! I must praise the front desk receptionist Chen Siyao Summer! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, she greeted me with a warm attitude. When checking in, she was not only skillful and quick, but also introduced the hotel's facilities to me in a very detailed manner. She smiled brightly throughout the whole process, making people feel particularly warm and friendly. The room was impeccable, spotless, and cleaned very carefully. The soft and comfortable bedding, coupled with the quiet environment, allowed me to sleep peacefully every night. When checking out, she also carefully reminded me of the weather conditions of the day, which was very considerate. From check-in to departure, every detail made people feel comfortable. I strongly recommend this treasure hotel. Next time I come to Changchun, this must be my first choice! 👍

I came here for the second time and was very satisfied. There were a lot of people everywhere during the May Day holiday. It was nice to find a quiet place to stay for two days. Angie, Martina and Angle at the front desk provided great service. I was very satisfied with the arrangement for my child's birthday. 👍Five stars

The first hotel in the Northeast of the Banyan Tree series. I brought my family to experience it during holidays. The overall architectural style is that of the new Chinese style. I like the feeling of wood. It was already late when I checked in. The lady at the front desk was very patient and gentle. Knowing that it was our wedding anniversary, she upgraded the room and prepared fruits! There is a shuttle bus to pick us up. The hot spring spa is open outside. My parents said it was very good and they were very happy. The service staff has a good attitude and will greet you when they meet. The hotel has some activities in each period, such as Ba Duan Jin, and I hope it can be more abundant. There are gym equipment and swimming pools. I brought tennis rackets but didn’t find the court. There are not many types of breakfast, the taste is satisfactory, the tableware is not fully prepared, and the knife and fork are asked by the waiter for eating fruits. Generally, I don’t pick bedding, but the pillow is still too soft. In short, the newly opened hotel is remarkable. I hope it can be more perfect. I will book a suite next time.

Planning to travel to Changchun during the May Day holiday, I really liked the Banyan Tree Beihu when I was making the travel guide. I felt it was the type of hotel that I had to stay at. The hotel is inside the Beihu Wetland Park, and the ecological environment is very good. Martina at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, helping with check-in, and gave a comprehensive introduction to the hotel's activities during the May Day holiday. She also arranged welcome fruits, and I stayed in the room I liked. The hotel's hot spring is very good, and both indoor and outdoor areas are open. Special thanks to Master Zhao who drives the shuttle bus in the park, for his considerate pick-up and good service. This trip was full of surprises and the experience was great. I will stay here again if I have the chance!
