位置：新民廣場附近的商業區裏面，一層10+户，走道有點陰森的感覺。
停車：樓下商業區5元第一小時，之後3元每小時，不封頂；對街（步行約300米）有路邊的18-8點免費停車處，據説8-18點每小時6元，每天30元封頂（晚上停的，沒有實證白天收費標準）
房間：一般的住家房，視野開闊，街景很不錯；清潔比較有問題，進房間發現馬桶裏面黃黃的積水，一股惡臭，似乎沒有清洗。
無接觸式入住和退房。

零下的温度房間裏沒有暖氣，空調也不制熱，凍的不行，浴室暖氣也開不了，最後去洗浴洗的澡，房間裏很大一個蒼蠅一直飛，盯着孩子嗡嗡飛一夜都沒睡好，也不提供純凈水，但並沒有提前告知，外賣也不送上樓，晚上點了熱水袋和水結果還要下樓拿，地上還有頭髮和臟的，實在沒住過這麼差的名宿。。早上八點就發訊息過來説退房須知，剛睡沒多久又給滴醒了，未免太早了。本來不想評價，真是實在太差了，不要相信好評送兩套一次性浴巾的好評。。

這次入住的民宿真的讓人驚喜！房間佈置得非常温馨，充滿了家的感覺，細節處處體現房東的用心。設施齊全，廚房用具、洗漱用品都很貼心，住起來特別方便。民宿的位置也很好，周邊安靜但交通便利，附近還有不少特色小店和美食。房東人超級好，推薦哦
