There is a platform outside the window, and the window cannot be opened. The room is very stuffy. The king-size bed room is two small beds put together, but the front desk said during check-in that it is not two beds put together. The switch socket in the middle will hit your head at night.

房間和設施都很好，早餐太差太差太差了！七點半下去，熱菜就沒有了，一直沒有加，衹能吃鹹菜，鹹鴨蛋沒了也不給切，等了老半天不情不願得切了一個，給了我一半。咋的早餐省下來的東西是能讓員工拿走啊還是能給誰省錢呀？主食都是預製的，蛋炒飯裏沒有雞蛋，籠屜裏都是空的啥也沒有，麪包都是一袋一袋的零食小麪包，你家要不就別開早餐了，丟人

酒店哪都好，前台的服務個個不但漂亮，態度還好，28號開始住酒店，聯繫住了4天了，每次吃早餐，收餐券的那個服務員態度非常不好，我7點半去吃飯，沒有位置，人多，最近都是送孩子的，我能理解，餐供應不上，她説我們人手不夠，就這樣，沒辦法，今天早上我快9點去的，她説我們9點徹餐，等等，我不願意過分的去説她，畢竟都不容易，我太難過了

房間比較新 剛開業不久，馬桶智能的。電梯的腳墊實在影響美觀，房間的枕頭也是臟的。希望酒店加強管理。

我去投訴，經理找經理，最後找經理，態度非常好，我心裏終於平靜了很多，我不要任何的補償，我就要最起碼的尊重，我當時還在想收早餐劵的指定是酒店領導或者老闆的親戚，應該是，要不怎麼能敢這麼説話，真厲害
