First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

The hotel is ok, and the transportation is convenient. The front desk staff is not very flexible. I felt a little sick just after getting off the train, and wanted to check in an hour earlier, but the staff kept saying that the system was not open. The cafe where you can rest is under renovation, and there is only one elevator, which is not very convenient. I was trapped in the elevator when I went downstairs. Later, the fire brigade came to solve it. I hope the hotel can deal with this matter as soon as possible.

The hotel front desk service was very good. They took the initiative to take our luggage to the back door parking lot and upgraded the room. The facilities were also very good, with a smart toilet. The breakfast was very rich and delicate, and the chive box was especially delicious.

There are not many parking spaces at the door, if it is full, you can go to the designated parking lot. The gravel road over there is not very friendly to suitcases.

The room is clean and the corridors are all carpeted. It overlooks the whole Changchun, and the night view is very beautiful. It is located near the People's Square and is very convenient for travel. The service is warm and good.
