前台小哥哥和小姐姐服務態度非常好，酒店房間乾淨，獨立的健身房和洗衣房，還有豐富的早餐，體驗感非常好

過年期間入住的，環境還好，進屋19度，開空調最後半天上到21度不好用，一問前台沒有暖風，不好用，大過年的住了個假空調房。早餐時候，工作人員沒有着工作服，大聲講電話打擾用餐，無服務可言。

來九台必住的地方，這次體驗感不好，半夜洗澡打電話給前台想要個一次性拖鞋，前台竟然告訴我一次性拖鞋再要就一塊錢一雙 ！！真的有點無語 ，別的都還好，

環境挺好 也挺乾淨 就是酒店前台太差 定了套房沒有舒服的枕頭 告訴我沒有備用 別的房間都是四個枕頭 定了套房就兩個枕頭 半夜頸椎難受睡醒了 多花錢還睡不好 前台告訴我讓我砸兩下就不高了 再不就一句話 庫房下班了 沒有鑰匙 這麼大的酒店 倆枕頭都不能給客人…… 真是站着説話不腰疼 建議你們好好處理一下應急措施和服務吧 就這***的前台 好好培訓培訓吧
