特別好！住公寓總是擔心環境和安全，這家樓下有保安要刷電梯卡，房東有求必應特別熱情親切，給人不少安全感。房間也很乾凈，特別整潔，供水也特別足，房間佈局很合理，很寬敞，樓下就是歐亞萬豪商場，超市餐廳小吃攤水果店葯店便利店全都有，走到地鐵站5分鐘，因為是終點站所以地鐵絕對座位充足，去哪裡都很方便也不會累。總之很滿意，我一般都懶得評價，這家很好，下次還會再來的。

設施很新，房間整潔乾淨寬敞舒適，對面就是大型超市購物，生活非常方便，每次打車定位也很精準，沒有走冤枉路，讓長者小孩都感覺比較便利，主要是老闆人很好，因為火車停運不能走，續租過兩次房間，考慮我們換房間很麻煩，儘量協調的沒有換，祝生意興隆！
