首先對攜程表示感謝！在我們遇到困難時侯，再次表示做攜程會員決心！其次呼籲白玉蘭經理對員工管理及服務要重視，否則容易給白玉蘭品牌帶來影響1！最後對昨晚值班前台及送鑰匙大姐給予差評，希望以後別有類似情況:一是本人入住前説需要安靜，前台給一酒店空調掛機旁房間，非常之吵有錄相為證。二是提出換房要求加價條件，因回酒店很晚屬實變相欺負外地人。三是選鑰匙大姐態度冷淡對我們調房很反感。最後表揚一下餐廳大姐，服務熱情微笑相迎，算是加分項！
