這家全季酒店離動植物公園和摩天活力城、凈月潭都不遠，房間安靜舒適，服務員打掃房間細節處理得非常用心。早餐營養搭配，服務超級暖心，前台很熱情，房間還給升級了房型，住在這裏感覺很安心，下次一定還會再來。

來過長春很多次，以前住的是另一家全季，第一次住這家，體驗非常不好，但不影響我之後住全季，是服務問題，和酒店硬件沒有關係，還是很喜歡全季的，下一次去長春還住我之前住的那家。
第一，我們到那天下雨，我在辦理入住的時候整體服務全是冷冰冰（如果沒有後續問題，我也不會在意，也無所謂）沒有一點表情，我辦理之後在旁邊等家人停車進來的時候，另外幾位客人來辦理入住，隨即前台給他們倒了水，我們前後也就是1分鐘吧。哪怕是我沒看見已經上去了前台想區別對待也可以，怎麼能這麼不把客人的心裏落差當回事呢。
第二，給我安排的房間是我們窗户挨着餐廳窗户（餐廳應該是拐出去一點的吧）早起的時候根本沒辦法開窗通風，我打開窗户就能和在窗邊吃飯的客人對視，怎麼那麼沒有房間了嗎，就非把這間給我嗎。
第三，因為當天下雨，入住之後我們下樓溜達的時候帶了傘，剛下樓，前台就過來問我這個是你管我們借的傘，沒還回來的吧，我説這是我自己的，我剛入住進來的，還沒出去怎麼借傘，連一句不好意思也沒有啥也沒説就走了。
第四，辦理入住的時候問我吃早餐嗎（因為我們出去玩為了人少習慣早出發，都在車上吃麪包，所以我幾乎都不定早餐）而且當時我們剛從哈爾濱到長春，哈爾濱的酒店我沒有定早餐，我就以為長春我也沒定（提前個一週多定的酒店吧，我就忘了定沒定早餐了）之後我想用攜程買其他東西的時候才看見原來我定的是帶早餐的，我就下樓想告訴前台，結果他們已經給我登記了不含早餐，我就納悶了，我定了早餐為啥還問我吃不吃。
其實後面要傘和早餐也都無所謂，大前提都是辦理入住時的態度問題，一杯水可以不給我倒，但這種明晃晃的區別對待，可能換誰帶入一下都不會舒服。
