The environment is great with accessibilities to Subway stations and shopping mall. Rooms were relatively clean with lots of amenities (washing machines, refrigerator, microwave etc). Caretaker and security guys are all friendly and alway will to help you out.
I would recommend for short stays.

There are many parking spaces downstairs, which is convenient for parking. There is a shopping mall on the first floor, and there are many food shops around. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, but it is a little small. The password check-in is very convenient.
