Since I really came here to do business, I still hope that I can not change. Place, through Ctrip customer service coordination and feedback, the hotel said that you can stay in the same room type, but you have to pay a high price and cannot stay at Ctrip price. There is no sympathy at all. I can understand if there is no room, but if there is a room with a floor-mounted price, it is really a big hotel that is not bullying guests at all. I didn't expect to stay here anymore. When I checked in, I found stains on the bed sheets and contacted the guest room to have them changed.
