Who knows, family members! This stay was a great experience, and I have to praise Jelly at the front desk! It was very late when I arrived at the hotel, and I was tired and sleepy. Jelly not only checked me in quickly, but also recommended nearby 24-hour restaurants. The whole process was super sweet, and she patiently answered all kinds of questions, which made people relax instantly. When I checked out, I left something behind. After Jelly found it, she contacted me immediately and helped to keep it properly until I got it back. With such a warm and responsible front desk, it must be a five-star rating! In the future, this hotel must be the first choice when I come here!

This place is quite nice, though the interior is too old. We enjoyed the room, as it was quite spacious, and the city view is amazing. The bathroom is just okay, would work for a night or so. What I found pretty uncomfortable is the inside temperature: it felt like 18 in the room and the air conditioner didn’t seem to be functioning. Overall, if you are staying for a couple of days, this place is fine for its price.

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

Facilities: The facilities are in good condition. The only drawback is that there was a power outage at about 3 am the next day after check-in. I woke up from the cold. Later, the power came back on and the air conditioner turned on again. Everything else was good. Hygiene: The hygiene is good and everything is very clean. Environment: The environment is also very good and quiet. There are ground parking lots and underground parking lots, which are very convenient. Service: The service is very good. I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

The name is not worthy of it! A four-star hotel does not give me a bad impression at all. The room is small and the facilities are old, so they should be well maintained. However, the rubber strips of the sliding doors of the shower room and the bathroom fell off, and the water after taking a shower flowed all the way from the shower door to the bathroom. It was impossible to wipe it off. Moreover, there was no handle inside the sliding door of the shower room. After taking a shower, the rubber strips were ****** on the door frame, and it was impossible to open it from the inside. It took a lot of effort to live alone. The earmuffs and gloves left in the hotel, no one called me to ask if I had left any items. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation where the guest did not call to confirm when they saw that the guest's items were left behind. It means that the housekeeping staff did not know.

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!
