This time I lived in Atour, the front desk Xiaoliu's service was directly sealed! I have a lot of things. When I checked in, I asked if there was a quieter room, and then I asked about the surrounding attractions and food. Xiaoliu smiled throughout the whole process, not only arranged the room quickly, but also gave a super detailed play guide, the recommended snack bars are super authentic! After I checked in, I also tossed a variety of towels, and asked if I could help collect the courier. Every time I called, Xiaoliu responded quickly, there was no impatience, all problems were solved properly, and the efficiency was super high! I was afraid of trouble when I went out, and I ran into a reliable front desk like Xiaoliu, and the experience was directly full. Atour has such employees, it must be praised! Staying at the hotel in the future, Atour is definitely my first choice!

Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again

The location of the hotel is really great! Traveling is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the stay experience is very good. Facilities: The aromatherapy in the corridors and lobby smells really good! If you have trouble sleeping, you can stay in the deep sleeping area, it is really quiet! Not to mention the bedding, it’s definitely top notch and comfortable! The facilities are very good. The new hotel has some decoration smell, but it will be much better after opening the windows! Service: The front desk manager and Miss Jisong checked us in very gently and upgraded the room type. The gym and laundry room were also introduced when checking in. Washed our clothes and dried them for us! Very thoughtful! Breakfast: I was really shocked by the richness of the breakfast. It is not inferior to the configuration of a five-star hotel and has the characteristics of Northeast China. It has a complete variety and is great for the visual, olfactory and taste senses!
