The rooms in the same price range are absolutely great value. The lobby of the hotel is elegant. I booked a room with a large double bed. The bed is big enough (it is enough for a child, if the quilt is not enough, you can ask the front desk for it), and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! The room is big enough, with complete room facilities, small refrigerator, electric curtains, hair dryer (you don’t need to bring your own wind power), desk, sofa, double-serve toiletries, free tea bags, coffee bags, tea drinks, bottled water, and snacks. The wet and dry areas are separated, and the toilet, washbasin, and shower room are all separated. They are all very good. Check-in at the front desk is quick and the service is good. There is also a Wanda store next to this store, which is convenient for shopping. There are food stalls in the square at night, and next to the Jilin Animation Institute, it is also convenient for eating. Parking is free for hotel guests, and the hotel has a small gym and laundry room (free self-service washing machine and dryer). The hotel's breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 to 10:30 on weekdays. It has both Chinese and Western food, which is quite rich.

The first time I stayed at the Atour Hotel in Changchun, I must be praised. The facilities are complete and comfortable. There is a free supper and a free laundry room. The laundry problem with children going out has been solved. It greatly improves the quality of going out. Every service staff is very friendly and polite. If there is a problem, solve it at any time. The service at the front desk is really great! Thank you for bringing us such a good stay experience 👏🏻👍

Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again

Good: Staff is super friendly and nice, definitely the best part of the stay. Hotel location is also quite good (although definitely not city center) and accessible from anywhere. Bad: Building quality isn’t very high, after only a couple of years from opening, it feels already old and the room had a rather large (visible through the torn wallpaper) hole in the wall. Overall I’d still say we had a good stay. Price wasn’t low, but the hotel was full, so that’s understandable.

Facilities: The aromatherapy in the corridors and lobby smells really good! If you have trouble sleeping, you can stay in the deep sleeping area, it is really quiet! Not to mention the bedding, it’s definitely top notch and comfortable! The facilities are very good. The new hotel has some decoration smell, but it will be much better after opening the windows! Service: The front desk manager and Miss Jisong checked us in very gently and upgraded the room type. The gym and laundry room were also introduced when checking in. Washed our clothes and dried them for us! Very thoughtful! Breakfast: I was really shocked by the richness of the breakfast. It is not inferior to the configuration of a five-star hotel and has the characteristics of Northeast China. It has a complete variety and is great for the visual, olfactory and taste senses!
