The hotel staff wasn't hospitable. When asked about room service the attendant denied having room service. The explanation given was that guests who come with family consume food sitting in the bed and spoil the bed covers, so they have decided not to give room service at all. The equipment in the room was in bad repair. The remote was broken in the middle and had to be handled delicately. When the tea kettle was switched on the fuse blew off plunging the room into darkness. The lid of the electric kettle was broken and fell into the tea cup making a mess of the table. I hope the management take note of the state of affairs and improve.
