Would have been good except for the bed. We booked for a kingbed only to find 2 single bed combined. The middle part was very comfy as it was uneven and hard.definitely not worth paying £100/night.

I liked everything in the hotel. The service was amazing. I would like to come back for another weekend. The breakfast was impressive.

Very modern hotel more like a big gym with rooms. Not sure about the clear glass bathroom doors though!
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was ok, booked it the night before using a QR code on the leaflet left in the room and only paid £10 instead of £12.50.

We stayed her the night before our cruise, the hotel is spotless, the rooms comfortable,there is an extensive carpark , choice of eating areas,. Breakfast was self service and had everything you could want. There is a large and I mean large Asda nearby .
The staff in the hotel are young and great .
Would we stay again … already on it to book next year

The hotel is lovely and clean but a bit out of the centre. Not very convenient if you have to take a taxi as you are charged extra for going out of the city centre boundaries. Room is lovely.

I did prepaid for hotel before check-in and let me check me with no problem. However I found my card is being charged for the room afterwards with no reason. It’s unbelievable. I am now challenging hotel why this happens. Really disappointed as this creates many jobs for me.
