January is the low season in the hotel, so there are not many people. Just remember to bring a jacket and pants. The swimming pool is at a normal temperature of 80 degrees, which is good. The kids like it very much. There is also Starbucks coffee in it. Souvenirs are not expensive. It is a very beautiful resort.

Spent our spring break with our tween and 9 year old and had an amazing time. Great food, amazing and friendly staff. Property grounds were beautiful. My boys loved the pool. Made friends. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The property is beautiful. It is very peaceful and quiet, you feel like you are in the middle of the desert but yet only minutes from Chandler. Everyone we met who works here are very cordial and friendly. This is our 2nd trip here for a weeks stay and we will be back. Love this resort. The only negative for some people is this is a large resort and you will have to do some walking from one end of resort to the other. Or from your car to your room depending on where your room is but they do have valet. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay and will definitely go again. Relaxing pool area, lots of pools and chairs available. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Ate twice at Ko’sin restaurant and every dish was delicious. Frank the waiter was great. Hotel bar was a hot spot and busy, Matt the bartender kept up great with crowds and was super friendly. Went to Aji spa and we both had terrific massages there. Relaxed by spa pool most of the day, Highly suggest! The spa food was the best food of our trip! Get the hummus!

This is a terrific resort! Views galore, wonderful spa, tasty food and the service was above and beyond. The only small issue i had was that my room felt warm (thermostat would only go down to 67) but when i mentioned it to the gift shop employee, she got right on the phone and had a fan sent up right away! Problem solved! Would love to return!

The pool area was great! But the walk to get to your room is too long! Need better/faster access.
