Worst ever!! When we arrived at yhe hotel we were i formed that payment was declined on trip.com end. We would have to call them and figure it out. The lobby was filthy. Celing tiles were loose and in danger of coming down in the breakfast area. Couldn't find a phone number for trip.com, and when I finally did they said they would call back in 15 minutes. Since it was early evening on a Saturday with a large event happening., we were worried we couldn't find a room so we found another hotel that had availability. Trip.com called back and said our reservation was confirmed after the fact. I informed the gentleman that we wouldn't stay in a place that was on such poor condition and would like a refund. Of course the answer was they couldn't do it because it was a non refundable reservation. Their offer was $66 in trip coins for a $370 reservation! I asked him if he would allow his family to stay there and he said no. But yet I was expected to stay!! I hope your company can be more upstanding than what I have experienced so far . Maybe sending someone to these hotels to check the quality before allowing guests to make reservations there would be a good idea! Since the majority of your customers have never been to these hotels we rely on your services to give us decent quality because we have to go in sight unseen. WE PUT OUR TRUST IN YOU AND I FEEL CHEATED!

I arrived before Check-in which was at 3P. and they allowed me to check in a little early And which I was grateful for and appreciative. I paid A fee Due to my work The next night In order to get back to my job I asked what the cost would be And I was told I would only be charged for 1 night. After checking my bank account, they had a total of 500 and some odd dollars on hold.When everything cleared in my account.Today they took a total of a 2 night.Stay plus additional fees of 2.98 2 time's
I have made several attempts to call them to find out why I was charged.The entire amount and what the two ninety eight v's were for I have not Been able to speak to anyone regarding this matter.I would not recommend anyone to stay here

I have stay at Quality Inn few times and I like price and good service, but, this time, it was very difficult because smelling was so strong in the walkways and rooms (excessive cleaning agents). I had open the window even though it was hot outside. We complain and fortunately they listen, by the second day got a little better but not good enough. We asked not to clean our room. I doubt we'll stay in this hotel in the future.

In very poor shape and need repairs. Some of the repairs look like a 5 year old did them. Bad smells, hard bed and look like the rooms get trashed regularly. I had to switch rooms which didn’t help and my check out was 11 AM the next day and I ended up leaving at 2 AM in the morning instead because the rooms were so terrible. I couldn’t even sleep..

The hotel looks very used, needs to get renovated, the carpet extremely dirty, the tub,the toilet extremely loose everything looks old and beat up, dont think Ill stay there agai, thats a 40 dlls anight hotel not 80dlls

We got caught in a snow storm that resulted in road closures. I called the hotel and told them we were not going be coming that night but they saved the room for us. Breakfast was good.
