There is a maintenance engineer in the hotel who behaves strangely. No matter whether there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door, he will always try his best to enter the rooms of Chinese tourists to cause sabotage. He can swipe the card of any room. The bed and toilet were very itchy, and it was suspected that bacteria had been introduced, so the Ctrip platform called the police overseas to deal with it. Ctrip's professional level in handling customer complaints was too rookie. . . . .

Very clean and friendly.
Was disappointed to find out upon arrival that there is a daily parking charge and that breakfast was not included for all guests. Both of these are fine but should be called out more clearly on the website.

Capatalism at its worst.
Added charge for parking, didnt know until check in. This is just petty and it will definitely be a factor in my decision for future hotel needs. Otherwise the stay was fine.

The room was clean and in great condition, I was surprised to be charged $12 a night to park our car though.
